That means building systems that safely change how work happens: platforms, patterns, governance, measurement, and adoption. I'm especially interested in the space between human judgement, business process, and software engineering.

Copilot's early reputation may be hiding a much stronger proposition. As AI becomes a persistent worker, Microsoft could win the enterprise harness while the labs compete to supply its intelligence.
